  • Can I order a fabric or material different from those available?

    MAISONALIBABA makes a point of offering products different from those of the competition and renews itself, constantly, to be up to date in the world of fashions and trends.

    We do not manufacture the fabrics and the woods ourselves, therefore we only have what we present in our panel.

  • Are your furniture "ready to assemble"?

    The vast majority of our items are pre-assembled because we want to provide you with high quality, ready-to-use products without wasting your time installing them.

  • Can I order a discontinuous item?

    So that you do not miss any new trend, we regularly renew and enrich our product range, in order to be constantly up to date.

    However, only the products that we present on our site are available.

    Therefore, you will not find discontinuous products there.

  • Can I order replacement parts for damaged or missing items?

    For most recently purchased products, you may be able to obtain replacement parts. On the other hand, for older products it is difficult for us to find spare parts.

    We do not sell additional parts or construction materials.

  • Does MAISONALIBABA ship its products outside of Canada?

    Currently, we do not have the ability to make deliveries outside of Canada. We are studying this possibility.

    The regions that benefit from these services are the large metropolitan centers of Montreal, Quebec City, Ottawa and Toronto.

  • What are the delivery times and conditions?

    We make sure to provide you with reliable and economical service.

    Available items are delivered within 3 to 10 business weeks.

    Remote areas may require a longer lead time.

  • What are the delivery costs?

    Transportation costs are determined by the distance to be traveled to the delivery address. If you would like to know the fees applicable to your region, you can contact one of our sales consultants and give them your postal code.

  • Can I pick up the products myself?

    You can collect your orders from our warehouse, but we are not responsible for any damage discovered after your departure.

    Upon pickup, your purchase must be paid in full and you must present an original copy of your invoice with you.

  • What guarantee do you offer on your products?

    All our products are guaranteed for one year against all manufacturing failures.

    For any complaint, the original invoice is required.

    Be aware, however, that warranties are not transferable and cannot extend to resold items.
